We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the day you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

2. All-Inclusive Pricing & Customs

Because JoBolt operates on an all-inclusive pricing model, the price you paid at checkout included all applicable customs duties and import taxes.

  • Full Product Refund: When a refund is issued, it covers the total price paid at checkout. You will not be "shorted" for any customs fees JoBolt handled on your behalf.

  • No Hidden Fees: We ensure that the return process remains as transparent as the purchase process.

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at admin@jo-bolt-store.net with your order number and a brief reason for the return.

Note: Please wait for our confirmation before shipping the item back. We will provide you with the correct UK return address and further instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately.

  • Cost: If there is a quality issue, defect, or shipping error, JoBolt will cover all return shipping costs and fees. We will fully reimburse your shipping expenses or provide a prepaid label to ensure the process is completely hassle-free for you.

5. Change of Mind Returns

If the product is in perfect condition but you have simply changed your mind:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs to our UK address.

  • We will issue a full refund for the product once it is received and inspected in its original condition.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank Processing: Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
