A little while ago, our son Leo decided to sell some of his toys at a car boot sale. He laid them out on chairs and waited. We watched — first with amusement, then with complete astonishment.

Leo wasn't talking about the toys. He wasn't listing features or prices. Instead, he told every single person who walked past that he was selling his toys to reach a bigger dream. When they asked what that dream was, he'd look them straight in the eye and say: "I want a quad bike!"

For 15 years, I've managed large-scale construction projects, helping to shape the very skyline of London. I started from the bottom — sweeping sites and learning that precision, durability, and hard work are the only things that truly last. But while I was building skyscrapers, my heart was 2,000 miles away in Lithuania with my children, Leo and Sofia.
