Why Vibram? Here's the Short Version.
Vibram is an Italian-engineered rubber compound used in everything from alpine hiking boots to luxury footwear. It grips wet pavements, resists wear, and holds its shape season after season. We chose it for the Portland because there simply wasn't a better option. Combined with the hand-stitched Estonian leather upper, you get a sneaker that genuinely lasts.
