  • No Hidden Fees: JoBolt operates on an all-inclusive basis. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

  • Customs Handled by Us: We manage all customs clearances, import duties, and taxes. You will never be asked to pay additional fees to a courier or customs office to receive your delivery.

2. Delivery Destinations We primarily ship to the United Kingdom. For any international orders outside the UK, the final price at checkout still remains your total cost. We handle the complexities of international logistics so you don't have to.

3. Order Processing Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be clearly noted on the product page.

4. Delivery Times

  • Standard UK Delivery: Most UK orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days.

  • European Shipments: Products shipped from our European suppliers may take 5 to 10 business days. We will provide a tracking number for every order so you can follow its progress.

  • When Delivery Time Starts: Estimated delivery times begin once the order has been shipped, not from the moment the order is placed.

5. Factors Affecting Delivery While we aim for perfection, delivery times can be influenced by:

  • Geographic Location: Shipping times may vary for the Highlands, Islands, or remote regions of the UK.

  • Product Type: Custom items have longer production times (noted on the product page).

  • Third-Party Carrier Delays: Please note that delivery companies (such as Royal Mail, DHL, etc.) are independent private businesses. Once your package is handed over to them, JoBolt has no direct control over their operational networks, routing, or delivery schedules. While we will always help you track your order and advocate on your behalf to resolve any issues, JoBolt cannot be held liable for delays caused solely by the courier.
