The JOBOLT 598 Desert Boots 2.0 combine the structure of military-inspired footwear with a practical side zip for daily wear. Set the laces to a comfortable fit, then use the zip when it is time to head out or take them off.

Genuine nubuck leather and textile give the upper a durable, flexible combination, with water-repellent materials to help handle damp conditions. These are a useful choice for everyday outdoor use, travel and an off-duty wardrobe when you want more substance than a trainer.

What makes the 2.0 version different?

The improved 2.0 version focuses on greater sole adhesion. Its PU/RU outsole is moulded directly to the upper, creating a secure construction rather than relying on a separately attached sole alone.

Inside, an anatomical, shock-absorbing insole cushions each step. It is also antibacterial and washable, while textile lining under the vamp supports breathable comfort.

Estonian craftsmanship with military-footwear experience

Handcrafted in Estonia by the factory behind the M77 military boot, the 598 draws on established military-footwear manufacturing experience. The manufacturer has also worked with Dr. Martens and Rossignol. The maker works to NATO AQAP 2110 and ISO 9001 quality standards, bringing a quality-focused approach to construction and production.
