The JoBolt 517 Aviator boot in White is a clean, minimal leather ankle boot that does not care whether you are heading to a meeting, a muddy bridleway, or a weekend market in the rain. Made by Samelin in Estonia — the same factory behind NATO's legendary M77 combat boot and a manufacturer that has worked with Dr. Martens and Rossignol.

This is not a fashion boot with a rugged look. It is built to be tough, to last years not seasons, and to look better with every wear.

Honest note: The 517 has a genuine leather lining with no extra insulation. In freezing temperatures, wear warmer socks. For the other nine months of the British year, these are outstanding.
